For the purposes of this website, you may find the following explanation of terms useful:

EU refers to EU member countries.

Europe refers to countries on the continent of Europe.

ROW (Rest of World) refers to countries outside Europe and also defines a delivery zone.

By using our website, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as set out below.

All products and content on our website are invitation to treat only and are not offers.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Laws of England and are subject to the jurisdiction of English Courts. A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

Porter and Porter Ltd reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Such modifications will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of publishing on this website.

Club Membership, Events and Merchandise
An order placed on this website is considered as an offer to purchase services or goods from Porter and Porter Ltd. All orders placed via this website will be subject to acceptance of the order by Porter and Porter Ltd. Please note that some orders will be fulfilled subject to demand and therefore may be cancelled at a later date, in the event of this you will receive a full refund.

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP, £) and are current and correct. They may include VAT, but this will be displayed. The total price you will be charged will be displayed on your screen before you confirm the order.
When ordering by telephone, you will be advised of the total price.

Porter and Porter Ltd reserve the right to change prices without notice.

For overseas orders, the exchange rate will be determined by the customer’s bank or credit card provider who may make an additional processing charge.

If purchasing from outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties, taxes and any additional charges for customs clearance which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These are payable by you as we have no control over the charges and cannot predict what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, you are considered the importer and must comply with all law and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

When an order is placed, an automatic message of confirmation is sent via the system, acknowledging the order. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of the order. You should check the e-mail for accuracy and advise Porter and Porter Ltd if there are any discrepancies.

Whilst it is the intention of Porter and Porter Ltd to maintain the website free of errors, some may occur in service descriptions, or pricing. If such an error is discovered after an order has been placed, you will be contacted with the correct details. You may then cancel the order or confirm it based on the correct information. If Porter and Porter Ltd are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled.

Porter and Porter Ltd will only accept embroidered or screen printed clothing for return if the goods are faulty.


We have tried to ensure that the item descriptions on this website are correct and that they comply with consumer protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. However, should any customer believe that there is any misrepresentation; we request that they advise us so that the matter can be considered and amended as necessary.

Porter and Porter Ltd does not accept liabilities for damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties, whether direct, indirect or consequential.

The liability of Porter and Porter Ltd for any claim for loss or damage shall be limited to the sum paid by you for the goods or services.
